We accept returns or exchanges only for damaged or defective items, reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Customers must share an unboxing video as proof to claim any damage.
No returns will be accepted for products damaged due to customer mishandling, water contact, perfume exposure, or physical force.
Custom-made items or personalized orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
